How to get help/skills from others: chosing collaborative roles and building channels of communication and collaborative work process

Experience projects of larger scale and duration

Bridge theory/practice

Extend "brand you" to build the reflective practice of a profession

 Setting goals for professional growth
 Evaluating your work and your progress towards goals
 Seeking knowledge from outside sources
 Adapting practice based on acquired knowledge

Ready for coop

(CDS: I think students are ready for co-op in year 2. Waterloo's co-ops are ready (in some form) in year 1, but some of the lower division jobs are not very interesting)

Streams to put forward 4-5 courses and ideas of other courses to next meeting
