SIAT is a Design School -- in a progressive, responsive sense -- NOT in a traditional design school sense -- it is ours to define and we must define and articulate this constantly.
Design includes art practice, interaction design, design involved in creating technical systems.
Design of ... experiences (DGr: one cannot design experiences)

Design that is ... human centred.
SIAT grads have knowledge and skills in the design of experiences based on interactive technologies and design of technological systems. They can design and understand how to build out their designs. (DGr: one cannot design experiences)
